Here’s what you need:

  • A four- to six-ounce bottle of clear school glue, like Elmer’s;
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda;
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons multi-purpose contact solution.

Mix all the ingredients together and you’ve got a dust-busting blob of slime. This viral TikTok hack has been viewed more than 1.2 million times! Check it out:

What Can I Use It For?

This cleaning slime is great for extracting crumbs or dust from the tight cracks of your car. Those cup holders store a lot more than cups. Have you ever taken a good look at all the dust and junk at the bottom? It’s OK, we try to ignore it, too!

Drop a blob of this slime into the bottom of the cup holder, swirl it around and you’ll be mess-free in no time. While you’re at it, use the slime to get the dust off your steering wheel, dashboard, door locks, dials and even air vents.

It’s also great at getting gunk out of hard-to-reach places in your house, like the corners of your refrigerator drawers and between keys on your computer keyboard.

Don’t feel like DIY’ing cleaning slime? No worries. This cleaning gel has more than 20,000 five-star reviews on Amazon!
