Deals We Love: Craftsman Tool Organizers

It’s the first week in December. Do you have your holiday shopping game plan together? If not, don’t worry. This week on Deals We Love, we found two serious deals on two serious Craftsman tool organizers.

If the DIYer or carpenter in your life has been really good this year, this tool chest is designed to stack on top of the tool cabinet for the ultimate tool storage solution. Santa probably has a couple of these in his workshop.

Craftsman 2000 Series Steel Tool Chest

The 2000 Series Craftsman 37-in. Four-Drawer Tool Chest provides security, organization and charging solutions for your tools. It features 10,184 cubic inches of storage in a double-wall, all-steel construction that’s durable and designed to last.

The deep open till storage area under the lid can be used to store and charge power tools and electronics. Yep, you can charge a power tool while it’s locked inside the chest. The soft-close drawers slide gently and pull themselves shut without slamming, keeping tools in place. Thoughtful design with durable construction is a win.

Why We Love It: Craftsman is a brand we trust. This tool chest was originally $329, but it’s marked down $70 to $259. These high quality tool chests are already low in stock at some Lowe’s, so get yours before the deal (and the inventory) runs out.

Craftsman Rolling Tool Cabinet

The 2000 Series Craftsman 37-in. Five-Drawer Rolling Tool Cabinet is made from an all-steel I-Frame double wall construction. Each drawer supports up to 100 pounds, and the five provide a combined 13,711 cubic inches of storage. The cabinet is also used as a base unit that holds up to 1,500 pounds (see the Craftsman tool chest, above).

You can lock this cabinet into place using the casters, or move it around the garage via full-grip tubular side handles that facilitate mobility. Of course, the individual drawers lock, too.

Why We Love It: Craftsman is made in America and built to last. This tool cabinet was originally $369, but it’s marked down $80 to $289. Anyone seeking to keep their tool collection safe, organized and easy to access will appreciate this deal.
