Cutting One-Sided Place Cards
- Cut about one foot off a 2×4 to make it manageable to work with.
- Set your miter saw at 30-degrees to the right.
- Place the 2×4 on edge against the fence and trim off the end of the 2×4 at 30-degrees.
- Make a pencil mark 1/4-in. from the short point of the 30-degree angle.
- Set your miter saw at 90-degrees and cut on your line.
- Repeat until you have enough place cards for all your guests.
