Make a Party Lantern
Family Handyman launched in 1951, so 2021 marks our 70th anniversary. We’re celebrating with some of our favorite content from over the years. This project about creating four types of party lanterns ran in our May/June 1982 issue.
As the article says, “Each of these lanterns will lend a soft glow to a summer evening’s fun. Easy to build, they’re constructed from pine and, for safety’s sake, were designed to accommodate candles with glass chimneys.”
